TERMS OF SERVICE

All images, copy, designs (collectively “Materials”) shown at our website or mailed or otherwise distributed, are the property of Paul Montgomery Studio, Inc.  The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited other than as reference for the promotion of the Materials, wallpapers, marketing and publicity for the benefit of Paul Montgomery Studio, Inc.  Any unauthorized use of the Materials may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.  Your membership in the program should not be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any design, images, or Materials without the written permission of Paul Montgomery Studio, Inc.

As a member of Paul Montgomery Studio Design Trade Program, you are granted the authority to reproduce images as is required to conduct business with your individual architectural, interior design, purchasing agent, or end-user clients for representation only and not to be reproduced in any other format than for the sale of Paul Montgomery Studio, Inc. products.

PRIVACY POLICY

Paul Montgomery Studio, Inc. respects your privacy and will in no way sell, distribute or otherwise share your private information, including e-mail addresses and any other identifying information with any Third Party.  You may unsubscribe from any of our e-mail programs such as newsletters, etc. at any time.
