We offer antiquing of our wallpapers, but sometimes the paneled effect can be very pronounced as in the image below.  This is traditional and a normal result from hand antiquing of the panels, and while every effort is made to keep the effect consistent, it often varies between the panels. In books that show important houses in Europe, this effect can easily be seen.  Our philosophy about this is that if it was good enough for the Queen, it's probably good enough for most of our customers.
